832P movement

Measuring only 2.5 mm thick, the 832P movement is an ultra-thin hand-wound mechanical movement boasting an even greater power reserve than its predecessors. The delicacy of its mechanism and its component parts required all the expertise of the watchmaker Piaget and is a direct descendant of the legendary 9P movement. Understated in design, the 832P movement features a balance with screws, as befits an example of Fine Watchmaking. An adaptation of the 830P movement, the 832P movement is characterized by a gear train, on the dial side, which has been adjusted to include a 24-hour display. Finally, the circular Côtes de Genève, the circular-grained mainplate, the beveled bridges, the blued screws and the engraved Piaget coat of arms round off this exceptional movement, while remaining true to the aesthetic codes cherished by the Swiss watchmaking brand.
